Welcome to Martin Marina located on the beautiful Lake Hartwell.  This two-story house offers a great floor plan for families, entertaining and enjoying the incredible views.  The home located on an all-sports lake just 1.5 hours from Atlanta and 40 minutes from Clemson, South Carolina.  Escape the city for some peace and quiet and fish, swim, and kayak to your hearts content.

Martin Marina is located in North Georgia near Toccoa Falls.  We offer kayaks, canoe, fishing poles and floats for your enjoyment. 

The main floor has an open concept perfect for relaxing and gathering in front on the beautiful stone fire place.  The Living Room is beautifully decorated with cozy furniture and a 50" flat smart screen TV with YouTube TV and Netflix. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything a chef's heart could desire.  A charcoal and gas grill are offered as a cooking feature just steps away on the covered porch.  The dining room offers seating for 8 with beautiful views of the lake.  This floor also features two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The master has a King bed with 40" TV.  The second bedroom has two twin beds and walk-in closet.  Both bedrooms offer spectacular views of the lake.  The best part of the main floor is just out the door.  Enjoy the wrap around covered porch with additional dining space for 8 people. Sitting on the adjacent screened-in-porch with comfortable seating is perfect way to start the day or finish the night.  The views from the porch are incredible.  You will enjoy the peace and quiet that this area has to offer.

The lower level of the home offers an additional living space that is sure to make any kid happy. Large cozy sectional sofa, 50" TV, PlayStation, games and Foosball table complete the room.  A bunk room with two twin bunk beds is located just over the living space.  This room has a walk-in closet and adjoining bathroom with shower.  Full size washer and dryer are located on this level.  

Stroll down to the private dock to enjoy the water.  Bring your own boat or use our kayaks, canoe and floats on this deep water.  The sunrises from the dock are guaranteed to impress.
